Olle Hillström

Olle Hillström has a diverse range of experiences in the technology and communications industry. Olle is currently the co-founder and head of sales at Avassa, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Avassa in 2020 and served as the head of product strategy and customer success until October 2022.

Before their time at Avassa, Hillström held various roles in different companies. Olle was a member of the Board of Advisors at Hantverksdata Sverige AB starting in August 2019. In 2017, they founded Subiterum, where they were responsible for forecasting recurring revenue in Salesforce through their Subscription Forecasting and Planning application.

Hillström also has experience in advisory and executive positions. Olle worked as an Industrial Advisor at EQT Holdings/EQT Partners starting in September 2014. In addition, they owned and advised Trusted Hill, a company they founded in June 2014. Olle also served as a non-executive board member at Soluno BC from March 2017 to July 2021.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Hillström held executive roles at various companies. From September 2012 to June 2014, they were the VP of Sales and Business Development at Telepo. Olle also served as the Vice President of Business Development & Product Marketing at Telepo from November 2009 to September 2012.

Earlier in their career, Hillström worked at Oracle. Olle held the position of Senior Director Architecture from June 2006 to November 2009, where they were the global lead architect in Oracle's Communications Industry Solutions Group. Prior to this, they had roles as Senior Principal Solution Architect & Director Solution Architecture, Principle Consultant, and Consultant within the company.

Olle Hillström obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Gävle from 1991 to 1995. Olle then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, graduating in 1997.
