Ellianna Beyers

Ellianna Beyers has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ellianna recently joined AvaSure in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to that, they served in the Michigan Army National Guard for several years, holding roles such as Patient Admin Officer, Medical Services Officer, Human Resources Officer, and Health Services Supervisor. In 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at BENTELER Group. Before that, they had a tenure at LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. where they held the positions of Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Coordinator.

Ellianna Beyers achieved their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Davenport University between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology-Physiology from Northern Michigan University from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Ellianna has obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Ellianna also completed the Inbound Marketing Certificate from HubSpot Academy in July 2020. More recently, in March 2023, they acquired certifications in "HR and Digital Transformation" and "Helping Your Employees Meet Retirement Goals" from LinkedIn.
