Customer Contract/Legal Assistant at AvaSure Holdings

Jamie Budzyn began their work experience in 1999 as a Honda Service Advisor at Crown Motors Holland. In this role, they greeted customers, generated work orders, dispatched work to technicians, and provided detailed estimates to customers. They also had responsibilities in the Business Development Center, including scheduling service appointments, contacting customers for parts orders and recalls, and engaging with customers through social media. From 2015 to 2019, Jamie worked as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Big Dutchman North America, where they provided customer service, managed orders, coordinated shipments, and assisted customers with parts and warranty claims. They then worked as a Project Manager at CP Solutions from 2019 to 2020, overseeing projects. In 2020, Jamie joined Serra Honda as part of the internal operations team. Since 2016, Jamie has been an Angel Director at myTEAM TRIUMPH West Michigan, where they recruit and coordinate volunteers for athletic events for individuals with disabilities. Most recently, Jamie started working as a Customer Contract/Legal Assistant at AvaSure in 2021.

Jamie Budzyn received a Cosmetology License from the Chic University of Cosmetology in 1998. Prior to that, Jamie attended Zeeland High School from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Jamie has obtained several certifications including Customer Service Foundations, Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Customer Service, Microsoft Teams Essential Training from LinkedIn, and Inbound from HubSpot.
