Scott Unger

Scott Unger is based in Los Angeles, and originates loans nationwide. Mr. Unger has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate as well as entrepreneurial ventures. In 1995, Mr. Unger was the co-founder of the digital agency Genex and oversaw its growth to become one of the largest privately held firms of its type in the United States. In 2007, Genex was acquired by media conglomerate Meredith Corporation (NYSE: MDP). Prior to founding Genex, Mr. Unger worked for Pacific Properties Group, a real estate investment banking firm based in West Los Angeles. Mr. Unger has personally invested and developed over $50 million in real estate. He is a graduate of UCLA.
