Jesse Musto

Jesse Musto's work experience begins in 2009 as a Technical Service Representative at Golden Technologies, Inc., providing technical support and managing orders for parts and units. From 2010 to 2012, Jesse worked as a Production Artist at Gemstone Print & Paper. At The Scranton Times-Tribune, Jesse worked as a Prepress Operator/Retoucher from 2013 to 2014, editing photos and ads and paginating classified ad layouts. From 2014 to 2015, Jesse was a Production Artist at Paper Magic Group. At Sick & Twisted FX, Jesse worked as a Concept Artist from 2014 to 2015, creating character and logo designs. From 2015 to 2016, Jesse served as a Graphic Designer at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. Jesse then worked as a Graphic Artist at The Scranton Times-Tribune from 2016 to 2017 before joining The Morning Call as a Senior Journalist - Interactives/Graphics in 2017. At LavaMap, Jesse took on the role of User Interface Design & Visual Lead from 2021 to 2023, contributing to product development, managing the design department, and maintaining the aesthetic direction. Currently, Jesse is a UI/UX Multimedia Developer III at AVATAR Partners, starting in 2023.

Jesse Musto began their education at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Communication Design with a concentration in Illustration. This educational experience took place from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Jesse obtained a UI/UX Design Certification from BrainStation and a Digital Painting Certification from the Computer Graphics Masters Academy, although the specific years of completion are unknown.
