Matt Grande

Matt Grande is an accomplished equity trader with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as an Equity Trader at Avatar Securities, LLC since October 2016, Matt has developed and optimized proprietary trading strategies that leverage institutional order flow and arbitrage opportunities across US equity markets. Previously, Matt held the same title at Trillium Trading, LLC from 2007 to July 2016. In addition to trading, Matt contributed as an Impact Assessment Adviser at TEAMFund in late 2015, helping to establish a framework for measuring the social impact of investments in medical technologies in Sub-Saharan Africa and India. Matt's career began as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from June 2006 to July 2007, where responsibilities included trade processing and reconciliation. Matt holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marist College.
