Lauren Kramer has worked in various roles since 2008. Lauren was a Wiings team member at Redbull North America in 2008, Transportation and Sales at Dents Express in 2008, Office Manager at a Private Law Firm in 2009, Optician/Store Manager at Eye Roc Eyewear from 2014-2016, Assistant Manager at The Tile Shop in 2016, Independent Associate at Aflac in 2016, and Director of Customer Operations, Director of Client Services Quality Assurance, and Account Manager at Avatara from 2017-present. At Eye Roc Eyewear, their role description included being responsible for the daily operation of the store, balancing and making cash deposits from the daily sales, creating and maintaining an employee schedule, inventory, product selection and buying, merchandising, web-site design and maintenance, social media design and maintenance, creating and maintaining lasting relationships with patients, and creating and consecutively exceeding personal sales goals.
