Matt Firpo

Matt Firpo has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt began their career in 2001 as a Medical NCO in the US Army, where they served for nine years, including deployments to the Middle East. After leaving the military in 2010, they transitioned to civilian roles and held various positions, including Buyer/Product Manager at Farm King Supply Inc and Buyer at Save-A-Lot. In 2018, they joined Supplies Network as a Purchasing Agent before moving on to Support.com as a Desktop Support Specialist in 2020. Since 2021, they have been working at Avatara, starting as a Tier 1 Support Technician and progressing to Tier 2 Support Technician, Technical Operations Engineer, Tier 2 Support Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Technical Operations. Matt has demonstrated expertise in managing mail systems, developing onboarding processes, and providing tiered technical support.

Matt Firpo attended Lindenwood University from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Business Systems Development. Prior to that, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Earth City from 2014 to 2016, earning an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering. From 2010 to 2012, Matt attended Western Illinois University, studying Computer Science. Before that, they attended Jefferson Community College from 2005 to 2006, and Fayetteville Technical Community College from 2004 to 2005, both for General Studies.
