Gretchen Miller

Gretchen Miller is an experienced professional in the transportation industry with a focus on compliance and recruitment. Currently serving as a Compliance Auditor at AvatarFleet since April 2016, Gretchen conducts audits of driver files for compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. In addition, Gretchen has been with J. Rayl Transport, Inc. as a Lead Recruiter since June 2012, specializing in the recruitment of Owner Operators and company drivers, along with fleet development and retention initiatives. Previous roles include Capacity Development at General Transport Inc., a Recruiter at Panther Expedited Services, and a Recruiter at FedEx Custom Critical, contributing to various aspects of driver services and recruitment. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Akron and has a background in court reporting from the Academy of Court Reporting.
