Constantin Buliga

Constantin Buliga has held various software engineering positions since 2004. Constantin began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Autonomy ZANTAZ in 2004. Constantin then moved to Mimosa Systems in 2008, Iron Mountain Digital in 2009, Autonomy in 2011, Hewlett-Packard in 2011, Advanced Bionics in 2012, and is currently the Director Software Development and Senior Software Manager at Avation Medical since 2021.

Constantin Buliga received their Bachelor of Science in Marine Navigation and Radio Communications from the Romanian Naval Academy between 1988 and 1993. Constantin also holds three certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (2015), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) (2001), and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) (2000).
