Roy Hansen

Roy Hansen has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Roy began their career as an Engineering Associate at Advanced Electronic Services, Inc., where they created documentation for Plant Certification under ISO9001 and Mil-Spec, established test protocols and methodology per Military Repair Depot requirements, and designed and built diagnostic test fixtures and work aids for repair of assorted assemblies. In 2004, they moved to Summer Industries as a Plant Engineer, where they developed and initiated a complete Quality System based upon ISO 9001 and directed the Maintenance Department Personnel. In 2005, they were Maintenance/Engineering Manager at UniFirst Corporation, where they directed all facility, production equipment and fleet maintenance activities, led repair and installation of all production equipment, and maintained MSDS, safety, air and water quality requirements per OSHA and EPA regulations. In 2006, they were Engineering Manager at JRM, Inc., where they directed Engineering and Technical Services Department activities, created yearly budget and manpower needs for all Technical Support areas, and interfaced with customers concerning new products and product improvements. In 2013, they joined Integra LifeSciences as a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer, where they supported Manufacturing and Project Teams by developing statistically sound tests and process controls for appropriate support of results, and led or participated in activities related to non-conformances (MRB). In 2015, they moved to Honeywell Aerospace, where they served as Sr Quality/Manufacturing Engineer and Product Engineer. In 2016, they became an Auditor, Supplier Quality at Cardinal Health. In 2019, they joined Philips as a Q & R Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Quality Manager at Avation Medical.

Roy Hansen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University between 1994 and 1996. Roy also obtained a Bachelor from DeVry University in Electrical Engineering Technology between 1971 and 1973. In addition, they obtained a Certified Lead Auditor ISO13485:2016 from BSI in November 2017 and a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters in February 2017.
