Allie Roberts

Allie Roberts has worked at various companies in different roles throughout their career. Allie started in 2003 as an Inventory Specialist at Raytheon Polar Services. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Northwest Staffing Resources. In 2007, they joined Holland Residential as an HR Generalist until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, Allie worked at iCIMS, initially as a Client Relationship Director and later as a Strategic Account Manager for Enterprise Accounts. Since 2017, they have been employed at Avature, where they started as a Strategic Account Executive and progressed to become a Sales Manager and subsequently Sales Director for the West region.

Allie Roberts earned a BA degree in Sociology at Western Washington University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
