Carlos Masson has over 15 years of work experience in various technical and leadership roles. Carlos currently works as a Principal Engineer at Avature, where they lead data exchange initiatives with external solutions and focuses on strategic projects to improve integration design and architecture. Prior to this, they served as a Product Engineering Leader and Data Services Manager at Avature. Carlos also gained experience as a Data Technical Leader and Data Analyst, where they worked on product analysis, issue resolution, and bug reproduction. Before joining Avature, they worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at RH Pro, where they developed ASP.NET applications and managed SQL Server and Oracle databases. Carlos also worked as a Consultant at a IT consulting company, where they developed and implemented applications for small and medium-sized businesses. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Analyst at Asyst International and Profertil SA, and as an Analyst at Aoniken.com. Carlos Masson attended Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Analista Universitario en Sistemas. Carlos continued their education at the same university from 2011 to 2016 and earned a Lic. en Informática with a focus on technology, IT, development, and coordination. In 2018, Carlos received a certification in BIG DATA from the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL).
