Juan Pablo Converso has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Juan Pablo started their career as a Programmer at Megacom Comunicaciones S.R.L, where they developed a game called "Teco" for a TV program. Juan Pablo then worked as an ITS at IBM and IBM Argentina before joining Clarin as a Team Leader - System Engineer, where they led a project called "masoportunidades.clarin." Juan Pablo later joined Avature as a Java Developer, working on internal projects involving data indexing and searching. Currently, Juan is working at Avature as an Integrations Framework Tech Lead. In addition to their corporate roles, they also serve as a Computer Sciences Professor at IFTS 16 (Public Government School Tertiary Education).

Juan Pablo Converso obtained a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2000. Juan Pablo also studied English and Management at San Diego State University from 2000 to 2001. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Physics at the University of Buenos Aires, starting in 2022. In terms of additional certifications, Juan Pablo Converso obtained the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification from The Linux Foundation in 2021 and completed the Computational Investing, Part I course as well as the Functional Programming Principles in Scala course from Coursera in 2012. Juan Pablo also obtained a Ham Radio License from ENACOM in 2000.
