María Paula Sanabria

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition and business management. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
