Beth Cross

Beth Cross is an experienced Cloud Managed Services Consultant at Avaya, specializing in business change, pre-sales, and vendor management. Previously, Beth served as Senior Communications Manager at Motability Operations Ltd, where they managed the voice network and call center infrastructure and later led program management for complex Call Centre technology projects. Prior to that, Beth was a Service Delivery Manager at Nortel Networks, supporting large Managed Services accounts across EMEA, and held the position of Head of Communications at LBB Excel. Beth earned a BA Hons in Photography from Swansea University.
