Don Kick

Sales Engineer

Don Kick has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and technical sales. Currently serving as a National Account Manager at ConvergeOne since October 2013, Don Kick focuses on building customer relationships to identify business challenges and recommend tailored technical solutions. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Engineer at Avaya, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, and as a Telecom Engineer at PharMerica, where installations and upgrades of Unified Communications and contact center systems were managed. Earlier, Don Kick held the position of Technical Director at Cingular Wireless, leading a team for contact center implementation and support. Don Kick began a career in telecommunications as a Telecom Tech at Maryland Medical Labs after obtaining a BS in History from Towson University.
