Fidelis Cullen

Fidelis Cullen has over two decades of experience in operational and management roles within the technology sector, currently serving as the Avaya Critical Escalation Program Senior Manager for EMEA and APAC since December 2009. In this role, Fidelis leads a team focused on addressing complex customer issues through the Avaya Critical Accounts Program. Prior to this, Fidelis held various positions at Avaya, including International Senior Distribution Operations Manager and Senior Business Operations Manager. Before joining Avaya, Fidelis was a Channel Operations Manager at Nortel Networks from January 2000 to November 2009. Fidelis holds a Master in Computing from Ulster University and a BA Hons Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the same institution.
