Mike Kulik

Mike Kulik is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in customer-centric roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Alliances at Avaya since May 2024, Mike previously held multiple key positions at Edify, including VP of Sales and Partnerships and Global Head of Sales. With a tenure at Bucher + Suter from April 2008 to April 2023, Mike contributed as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Product Officer, focusing on North American market development and global sales strategy. Prior experience includes significant roles at Cisco, where Mike managed a $45M product line and executed global marketing strategies, and at Fidelity Investments, leading software engineering efforts for strategic contact center technologies. Mike holds a degree from Western New England University.
