Haddon de Waal

Haddon De Waal is an accomplished professional in the insurance and financial services sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of Insurance Administration at AVBOB South Africa since November 2016. With extensive experience at AVBOB, including a focus on customer experience and managing special projects, Haddon has consistently aimed to enhance policyholder satisfaction. Prior to AVBOB, Haddon worked at Old Mutual from 1988 to 2014, where roles included Client Services Executive, Key Account Manager, and Head of the Financial Wellbeing Programme, demonstrating a strong background in client relationship management and service delivery.
