Phumudzo S. is an experienced manager specializing in digital marketing and call center operations, currently serving as the Manager of Digital and Call Center at AVBOB South Africa since July 2020. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager for Digital Brand & Communications at Vodacom, where Phumudzo led the launch of the company's first Social Media Command Centre, and Senior Communications Advisor Manager at Eskom Holdings, focusing on digital communication strategy.
