Cecilia Isohi

Cecilia Achaila Isohi is a seasoned professional in research and legal practice with significant experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at AVCA - The African Private Capital Association since June 2022, Cecilia has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Research Analyst and Intern. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Kaplan & Stratton Advocates from January 2019 to August 2021, where Cecilia specialized in national and cross-border transactions, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, competition law, and regulatory compliance.
