Andreas Rothacker

Andreas Rothacker is a seasoned professional in the fields of engineering and business development, currently serving as the New Business Development Manager at AvCarb Material Solutions since August 2024. Previously, Andreas held the position of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager in the Battery Division at Ionic Materials, Inc. from March 2023 to July 2024. From June 2021 to March 2023, Andreas was the Senior Product Manager at Endurans™ Solar (Worthen Industries), where responsibilities included marketing, sales, and technical development for solar applications. Prior to that, Andreas was a Business Unit Manager at Worthen Industries from January 2006 to March 2023, overseeing product segments in renewable energy and extruded plastic films. Earlier career experiences include serving as Site/Technical Manager at Huntsman Polyurethanes and working in R&D at BASF. Andreas holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University and continued education at the University of Detroit Mercy from 1995 to 1998.
