Stephanie Osborn

Stephanie Osborn has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2016, they worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Merit Roofing Systems Inc until January 2017. Stephanie then went on to work as a Bartender at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc from July 2015 to May 2017. In May 2017, Stephanie joined Aloft Hotels as an Assistant Bar Manager, and stayed until December of the same year. From 2017 onwards, they transitioned their career to the roofing industry and joined AVCO Roofing. At AVCO Roofing, Stephanie held multiple roles including Assistant Project Manager from December 2017 to May 2018, Commercial Project Manager from May 2018 to January 2021, and Production Manager from June 2019 to September 2021, where they planned and maintained production schedules, monitored productivity rates, and implemented quality control programs. Stephanie'smost recent role at AVCO Roofing was Vice President of Commercial Operations, where they led, developed, and directed a team of 35+ employees, contributed to sales innovations and strategic business development processes, and oversaw the profitability of the company. Additionally, Stephanie has joined the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) as a Board Member starting in November 2022.
