Ashley Steckel is an experienced professional in property management, currently serving as the General Manager at AVE by Korman Communities since October 2022, where oversight of daily operations and sales results for AVE Blue Bell Villas is provided. Prior experience includes roles as a Property Manager at Bozzuto and Toll Brothers, a Community Manager at Greystar, and a Leasing Consultant at Depaul Management. Ashley began a career in property management at Bozzuto in October 2010, progressing through various positions, including Assistant Property Manager and Sales & Service Associate. Educational background includes attendance at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and completion of a program at Polley & Associates in 2021, along with a high school diploma from Lansdale Catholic High School.
