John Spadaccini

John Spadaccini, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Career Services at Ave Maria University since October 2019, where responsibilities include developing and presenting career workshops, providing career planning assistance, and planning career fairs. Prior experience includes roles such as System Director for The WorkPlace in Rhode Island, Manager of Career Services, and Adjunct Faculty in Business at Northland Pioneer College. Additional experience encompasses ownership of JWS Strategies, where consulting services were provided to nonprofits, as well as various positions in educational institutions including Northeastern University and Boston College. John holds a Master of Science in College Student Development & Counseling from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Central Connecticut State University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Hartford.
