Dr Franziska Leonhardt

Dr. Franziska Leonhardt has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Dr Franziska is currently a Professor at DBU Digital Business University of Applied Sciences. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of AVE & YOU, a Board Member at Wo/men Inc., and a Co-Founder of DGE Digitized German Engineering. Dr Franziska also served as the Geschäftsführer at Artus Real GmbH.

Dr. Leonhardt has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as a Lawyer at Leonhardt Rechtsanwälte. Dr Franziska has also served as a Consultant at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Partners LLP and held management positions at kloeckner.i GmbH and KLOECKNER.V GMBH.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Leonhardt was a Member of the Supervisory Board and Managing Partner at a Family Office. Dr Franziska'swork experience dates back to 2009.

Dr. Franziska Leonhardt completed their education in a chronological manner. Dr Franziska began by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program in the field of Wirtschaftswissenschaften from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they participated in the SU Executive Program at Singularity University in 2017.

In terms of their academic achievements, Dr. Leonhardt obtained a Ph.D. (Doktor) in Rechtswissenschaften from Kiel University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to this, they completed their Bar Exam (2. Staatsexamen) in Law/Rechtswissenschaften at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and the higher regional court from 2002 to 2009.
