Ashley Crews

Ashley Crews, MBA, serves as the Executive Director at Aveanna Healthcare, leading the integration of the OKC branch following the acquisition of Preferred Pediatric Healthcare in September 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Administrator at Preferred Pediatric Home from March 2018 until its purchase by Aveanna. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager for Airetel Staffing, Inc., where responsibilities involved managing engineering client relationships, and serving as the Director of Operations at Sooner Legends Hotel & Restaurant, where hotel operations and renovations were overseen. Ashley holds an MBA from Southern Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma.
