Crystal Blackshear

Crystal Blackshear has extensive work experience in the legal field. Crystal started their career in 2005 as a Residential Real Estate Closing Attorney at Andrew Glasser, P.C. Crystal then joined PruittHealth in 2008 and held various roles, including Legal Finance Specialist, Associate Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel. In these roles, they provided legal advice, drafted and reviewed contracts, ensured compliance with regulations, and handled financing transactions. In 2019, they joined Aveanna Healthcare as the Vice President - Deputy General Counsel (Corporate Affairs). Their expertise lies in transactional and regulatory matters within the healthcare industry.

Crystal Blackshear obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 1997 to 2000. Following that, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law at Georgia State University.
