Hubert Porter

Hubert Porter, MSN, RN-BC, currently serves as the Executive Director at Aveanna Healthcare since August 2023. Previously, Hubert worked as a Registered Nurse in Oncology at ChristianaCare from May 2023 to August 2023 and as an Infusion Nurse at PENN PRESBYTERIAN MEDICAL CENTER from January 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Hubert held the position of Clinical Manager at HOMECARE MARYLAND from July 2021 to January 2022 and Team Manager at Penn Medicine Home Health from March 2019 to May 2021. Hubert's earlier experience includes being an Assistant Team Leader at Penn Care at Home from October 2018 to March 2019 and a Clinical Nurse III at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center from January 2008 to October 2018, with responsibilities in staffing, operations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Hubert holds a Master’s Degree in Nurse Executive from Chamberlain University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Chamberlain University.
