Jairo Martinez

Jairo Martinez currently serves as the Director of Agency 241, overseeing client acquisition and team management for a student-led marketing agency associated with the American Marketing Association (AMA). In this role since September 2023, Jairo has secured partnerships with over 10 local businesses, organized team bonding activities, and conducted candidate interviews. Additionally, Jairo has experience as a Creative Director, developing design concepts and marketing materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. Alongside these positions, Jairo has worked as a Personal Care Assistant at Aveanna Healthcare since July 2021, providing specialized care for individuals with special needs. Jairo is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach, with anticipated graduation in May 2024, and is also enrolled in a Diploma of Education program for Secondary Education.
