Kathlina Williams

Kathlina Williams is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in executive leadership, hospice care, and nursing management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Aveanna Healthcare since May 2022, Kathlina previously held the position of Hospice Transition Coordinator at CARE INITIATIVES HOSPICE-CEDAR RAPIDS, where responsibilities included marketing and community relationship building. As the Assisted Living Director at The Views of Marion from January 2019 to May 2021, Kathlina successfully launched a new assisted living program while overseeing staffing and education. Prior roles include Director of Nursing at Anamosa Care Center and Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist at the University of Iowa Health Care. Additionally, Kathlina has extensive experience at West Ridge Care Center, where roles varied from MDS Coordinator to charge nurse and CNA.
