Lathanya Lancaster

LaThanya Lancaster has a strong background in sales and business development in the healthcare industry. LaThanya currently holds the position of VP of Sales Support at Aveanna Healthcare, a role they took on in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the AVP of Sales Support at the same company since August 2020.

Before joining Aveanna Healthcare, LaThanya worked at Kindred at Home, where they held several roles. From July 2018 to August 2020, they were the Area Vice President, National Business Development & Managed Care.
