Nicole Paradis

Nicole Paradis has extensive experience in healthcare and client service, currently serving as the Executive Director at Aveanna Healthcare since June 2016 after holding positions such as Client Service Manager and Client Service Supervisor. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Consultant at Younique Products from May 2017 to May 2020 and various roles at The Hospital of Central Connecticut from May 2006 to August 2017, including Phlebotomist and Senior Schedule Coordinator. Nicole earned an Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences from Goodwin College and a Certificate as a Phlebotomy Technician from CT State Tunxis.
