Stephen Gyory

Stephen Gyory serves as President at Aveanna Healthcare since July 2025. Previously, Stephen held various leadership positions at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, including Chief Operations Officer and National Director of Corporate Development, where significant expansion initiatives led to the establishment of three new locations. Stephen also contributed as a Board Member for the Partnership for Medicaid Home-Based Care from November 2021 to June 2023, and served as President of Keystone Healthcare Capital, LLC for a brief period in 2020. Educationally, Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Penn State University.
