Ronny Pals

Ronny Pals is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as Site Director at Avebe since July 2022, overseeing the production of potato-based industrial products at a Seveso III site. Prior to this role, Pals held significant positions including Plant Manager at Teijin Aramid, managing the world's largest aramid factory, and Site Manager at Avantium, leading innovative biorefinery projects. With a diverse background spanning over two decades, Pals has also served in senior roles at FrieslandCampina, AkzoNobel, and DSM, demonstrating expertise in production, maintenance, and engineering across various sectors. In addition to extensive leadership experience, Pals is pursuing advanced education at the Open Universiteit and AOG School of Management while holding an MBA and multiple qualifications in management and safety.
