WEE KHEONG OOI

WEE KHEONG OOI has over 11 years of experience in the medical device industry. WEE KHEONG is currently the NPI/Operation Director for SteriPack Contract Manufacturing, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Certified Trainer from 2019 to 2021, specializing in Project Management, Productivity, Leadership and Non-verbal communication. From 2012 to 2021, they were a Senior R&D Manager at Teleflex Incorporated, where they were a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering with management. WEE KHEONG was also an R&D Engineer at The Laryngeal Mask Company Limited from 2012 to 2008 and at B Braun Medical Industries from 2008 to 2012. At B Braun Medical Industries, they were a project leader in the cross functional team, successfully completing 5 development and benchmarking projects. WEE KHEONG also performed patent searches and generated patent search reports.

WEE KHEONG OOI obtained a Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering with Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia between 2004 and 2008, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Solidworks Professional (CSWP) from SolidWorks Corporation. In 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they obtained a Train the Trainer (TTT) from the Human Resources Development Fund Malaysia. In 2020, they obtained a Certified NLP Practitioner from the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming (USA). In 2021, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from INTI International University & Colleges. In 2022, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications.
