Rudmer Kemper

Rudmer Kemper is an experienced procurement professional with extensive expertise in sourcing and contracting across various categories, including Capex, MRO, Transport, and External Warehousing. Currently serving as Manager Procurement NPR at Royal Avebe since June 2013, Rudmer oversees a team of five buyers and has previously held roles such as Category Manager for Transport & Warehousing and Category Buyer for MRO & Facilities. Additionally, Rudmer is a member of the Dutch Shippers Council, contributing to discussions on macroeconomic challenges in shipping. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of SC Angelslo, a football club, and managing procurement teams at Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions and ELEQ Steenwijk BV. Rudmer has also held various purchasing roles within interim positions and has received professional education, including NEVI I and II certifications, as well as Lean Six Sigma training. Rudmer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logics & Economics from Hogeschool Drenthe.
