Carl Raath

Carl Raath has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and training sectors. Carl served as the Automation Practice Lead at Avec Global, focusing on driving automation initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Reveal Group, providing consulting services for intelligent automation. Carl also served as the National Operations Manager at DDLS, where they played a key role in implementing growth strategies. Before that, they held various roles at Torque-IT, including Managing Executive and CIO, where they focused on organizational development and driving innovation. Carl started their career as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, delivering training courses to corporate clients.

Carl Raath (he-him) attended Torque IT from 1999 to 2017, where they pursued various degrees and certifications including CISA/M CRISC CGEIT CISSP CAP CCSP Blue Prism Professional Developer, Solution Developer, and ROM Architect. Carl also acquired additional certifications such as CMR Accredited Fearless from AntWorks and MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core from Microsoft in 2020. In 2019, they obtained the ABBY FlexiCapture Certified Consultant certification from ABBYY and the Professional Developer certification from Blue Prism. In 2018, they achieved the CGRC (Certified in Governance, Risk, and Compliance), CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional), SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner), Blue Prism ROM Architect, CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), Blue Prism Trainer, Blue Prism Accredited Developer, Blue Prism Solution Designer, CGEIT from ISACA, and Certified Blockchain Expert from Block Chain Council. Carl also obtained the COBIT Foundation certification from APMG International in 2017, as well as the HCNP Security certification from Huawei Technologies in the same year.
