João Pedro J. M. Perpetuo

João Pedro J.M. Perpetuo is the current Chief People & Performance Officer at Avec. João has previously worked as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) at MAR ventures from June 2017 to December 2018, and as an entrepreneur at [031]Clothing from January 2016 to October 2017.

João Pedro's experience as an EIR at MAR ventures exposed him to several projects and jobs of different types, allowing him to develop himself as an entrepreneur who could run other ventures in the future. In parallel, they were mapping potential markets for the company to create new ventures. João reported directly to the CEO and the CFO.

At [031]Clothing, João Pedro was responsible for the creation and development of the company's clothing line. João oversaw all aspects of the business, from design and production to marketing and sales. Under their leadership, [031]Clothing became one of the most popular brands in Brazil.

Joao Pedro J. M. Perpetuo graduated from the Harvard Business School with a OPM in Business Administration and Management, General. João also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and a certification from the ANBIMA in CPA-20.

They are on a team with Artur Dias - Chief Marketing Officer, Marcos Silva - Chief Commercial Officer, and Alexandre Lassance - Chief Customer Success Officer. João Pedro J. M. Perpetuo reports to Feres Baladi Neto, Co-Founder & CEO.
