Prior to Nitto Avecia, Donald held the position of Senior Manager at Neurocrine Biosciences from September 2003 to December 2009. Donald began a career in research and development as a Research Scientist at Searle/Monsanto from 1996 to 2000, later advancing to Research Advisor at Pharmacia from 2000 to 2003.
