Bas Harmsen

Bas Harmsen has extensive experience in water management and landscape projects, currently serving as Director at Aveco de Bondt since October 2019. Prior to that, Bas held several leadership roles at ARCADIS from January 1995 to September 2019, including Head of the Water Management & Landscape advisory group for the North-East region, managing a team of approximately 60 professionals. Educational qualifications include a degree in Nature, Environment, and Landscape from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completion of a program at TSM Business School, and training at Opleidingscentrum 't Vanck'.
