Hugo van der Werff

Hugo van der Werff is currently a Trainee in Project Management at Aveco de Bondt since November 2023, focusing on Systems Engineering, planning, and risk management. As the owner of Werfflourish since May 2020, Hugo has also contributed to the academic field as a Curriculum Developer and Student Coach at Windesheim from May 2021 to August 2023, assisting in curriculum development and mentoring first-year Civil Engineering students. Previous experience includes an internship and subsequent role as Junior Superintendent at Boskalis on the Pulau Tekong Polder project, as well as positions in social media management and design preparation. Hugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Windesheim and is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Erasmus University, with a Pre-Master completed in 2024.
