Maksym Maksymenko is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and land law. Currently a Partner at AVELLUM since October 2017, Maksym previously held positions such as Counsel and Senior Associate. Prior to AVELLUM, Maksym worked at Spenser & Kauffmann where roles included Counsel and Co-head of the Real Estate and Land Law Practice. In addition to practical legal experience, Maksym served as an Assistant Lecturer at Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University, teaching various law courses, and contributed as a legal expert for the Better Regulation Delivery Office, focusing on land reform in Ukraine. Maksym holds a Ph.D. in Land Law and a Master's degree in Land and Environmental Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
