AVEMA
Adam Jasik serves as the Managing Director and Director of Operations at AVEMA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Bader from May 2011 to October 2024, including Director of Operations, Deputy of Production Director, Technical Production Manager, and Production Technology Manager. Adam's career also includes experience as the Deputy of Logistic Manager at SPRD Jelenia Góra from November 2008 to May 2011. Adam holds a Master of Science degree in Transportation Organization and Design, as well as a Master of Science in Ecology and Transportation Engineering, both from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, completed between 2003 and 2008.

Our developments use this recyclable material, which is not needed in other productions. In this way, we reduce waste and also pay attention to energy efficiency and water consumption.
