Elizabeth Langford-Archer

Elizabeth Langford-Archer (neé Charlesworth) is a Senior Manager leading the Specialty and Leadership divisions at Avencia Consulting since August 2018, currently on maternity leave. Previously, Elizabeth served as Resource Manager at Avencia, overseeing a team focused on delivering quality experiences for candidates and clients within the London Market insurance sector. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at Oliver James Associates from March 2015 to August 2018, specializing in Change Management and IT in the London Market. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Manchester School of Arts and a Foundation Degree in Art and Design from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration from Shrewsbury High School GDST.
