Brit Berry-Pusey

Brit Berry-Pusey is the founder and COO of Avenda Health, a company that is creating an AI-based "male lumpectomy" to treat prostate cancer in the office while preserving quality of life. Brit has a background in developing strategy and identifying opportunities within digital therapeutics to improve patient outcomes. Brit has also forged partnerships with academic and industry partners for new innovative approaches to improving outcomes beyond pharmaceuticals. Prior to Avenda Health, Brit was a New Product Ideation Manager at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for identifying transformational technology for future product development, developing strategy for new fields of technology advancement, performing due diligence on potential partnership or M&A opportunities, and developing feasibility studies for proof of concepts. Brit has also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and as a Project Manager at Advanced Composites Inc.
