Esethu Mancotywa

Esethu is a CA(SA) who holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. She is a seasoned Finance professional with over ten years’ experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity. She started her career at Standard Bank as a Finance Manager after which she spent five years at Nedbank in the Specialised Debt Division (Now Acquisition and Leveraged Finance). In this role, she was involved in several high-profile Leveraged Finance Transactions.

Esethu then moved to Phatisa Private Equity Fund where she was involved with private equity investments in the food value chain across the African Continent.

Prior to joining Grinaker-LTA, she had spent five years at the Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa where she was a General Manager in the Structured Investments Division as well as playing a key role in the Finance and Treasury divisions as part of the Land Bank restructure.
