Kacper R. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Regional Engineering Director and Head of Competence Centers at Avenga since April 2015, Kacper oversees 15 competency leaders and more than 10 Competence Centers, aligning strategic direction with organizational goals. Prior to Avenga, Kacper held multiple positions at ABB from September 2005 to March 2015, focusing on corporate portal solutions and ASP.NET web applications.
