Joshua Gates has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, primarily focusing on engineering and facilities management. Joshua started their career at The Pfister Hotel in 2012, where they served as the Assistant Director of Facilities. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Chief Engineer at the same hotel. In April 2021, they joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts as the Area Director of Engineering, specifically overseeing The Pfister Hotel and St Kate Arts Hotel.
